CV OUTDOORS FESTIVAL INSURANCE WAIVER
RELEASE: PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING

Entry and Advertising Release:

In consideration of this entry, vendors agree to permit  Cowanesque Valley Outdoors Festival the use of their names and  pictures for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers,  magazines, brochures, posters, fliers, radio, television, and internet).

Operations:

All tents cannot encroach into the fire lane and must be secured to the  ground. Any guide wires or securing ropes should be made highly visible to insure  pedestrian and vehicle safety. The grounds surrounding and comprising the vendor  display area is to be left as it was found. Trash should be disposed of in receptacles provided.

Liability

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, vendors,  participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge,  Cowanesque Valley Outdoors Festival and anyone else connected with the management presenting the Festival, including their officers, directors, agents, representatives, volunteers, and land owner of and from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by the Vendor,  his/her person or property.

Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes. If for any reason a vendor’s appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable or detrimental to the event’s well being by event management, vendor will be subject to eviction from the premises.

By signing the appropriate space below, the Vendor acknowledges and understands that no insurance is available for coverage to the Vendor unless otherwise provided by private insurance obtained by the vendor.
