Registration Info

Yes, Registrations are being accepted for Vendors & Entertainers - right up until two weeks before the event itself.

If you THINK you are already registered, please check out the VENDORS BOOTHS page to make sure you are already listed.  If you are NOT listed, you need to formally register one of two ways:

1.) Fill out the On-Line Registration Form HERE.  After completing the form you will be taken to a payment page. 

OR

2.) Print out and mail or fax the Registration Form HERE.   Be sure to include payment in the form of a check or money order made out to CV Joint Chamber.

No Vendors or Entertainers will be allowed to set up without formally registering and signing an Insurance Waiver.

Once your Registration has been accepted, you will receive a Welcome email from the Coordinator.  Also, a Vendor Welcome Packet will be mailed to you.  After Saturday, Sept. 1, Vendor Packets will be emailed, only.  If you DO NOT receive the Vendor Welcome Packet by Wed., Sept. 5, please contact Festival Coordinator CJ Houghtaling by phone at 570-376-2821 or by email at info@cvoutdoorsfest.org

Vendor Welcome Packets include a Welcome Letter providing you with info on what you should do/expect on the day of the event, a map and directions to the grounds for Vendors, a tentative Events/Speakers' Schedule, a signed/numbered Parking Pass and a tip sheet on how to make your booth attract customers. 

Tables & Chairs may be rented from Houghtaling's Garage, but Reservations for these  must be made as the number available is limited.

8' table - $5
1 pr. of metal folding chairs - $5

Should you require tables and/or chairs for your booth, please call 570-376-2821 to reserve any time.
